Increased independence combined with limited life experience make young women highly vulnerable to crimes such as teen abduction, date rape and car crime.

Through a unique blend of lecture, discussion and experiential exercises, young women are introduced to the fundamental skills and strategies essential in preparing them for the dangers they may one day have to face.
