About Brad Michaels

Known for his pioneering work in body-centered self-esteem, Brad Michaels has been helping young people for more than two decades.

Grounded in the fields of sport science, performance psychology, and wellness, Brad is an expert in the field of human performance.

Through private coaching, consulting, workshops and lecture presentations, he has built a solid reputation for helping children and teens recognize their talents and reach toward their highest potential.

Brad’s clients seek his services for a variety of reasons. Some struggle with confidence issues related to body-image and physical performance. Others feel overwhelmed by the demands of school, social pressures and family responsibilities. Still others are looking for guidance in how to effectively set and manage goals as they plan for college and beyond. There are also those who struggle with the difficulties associated with ADD & ADHD.

Though his process focuses on physical effectiveness, emotional resilience, and personal achievement; the essence of his work centers on the development of self-mastery, self-directedness and authentic self-esteem.

Beyond working with private clients, Brad has developed customized wellness and performance curricula for private schools, children’s organizations and youth programs throughout the country. He is a member of the International Coach Federation, the Association of Applied Sport Psychology and the organization for Children with Attention Deficit Disorder.

In addition to offering in-person coaching sessions for his clients living in St Louis, Brad consults by phone with clients throughout the United States. He can be reached at 314-647-6533.
